What You’ll Do:

Manage the appointment book and client communication.
Drive membership sales and service enhancements.
Follow up on leads via phone and email.
Support member retention through proactive outreach.
Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby.
Set the tone for professionalism and client care.
Support clinic operations wherever needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Support daily operational tasks including light cleaning of common areas and restrooms.
Assist with in-house laundry to ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared and stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
Strong communication skills.
Professional, dependable, and punctual.
Comfortable receiving and giving coaching.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Flexible availability (including some evenings and weekends).
A team-first mindset with personal accountability.

Compensation & Perks:

$17/hour starting pay
