Massage Envy Back Bay is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients; provide an exceptional guest experience
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage check-in/check-out
- Educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions
- Support membership sales, retention, and gift card sales
- Process payments accurately and maintain client accounts
- Follow clinic policies and support daily opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Comfortable with sales and performance goals
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Shifts Available (Position 1)
- Sunday 2 pm - 6 pm
- Tuesday 1 pm - 7 pm
Shifts Available (Position 2)
- Thursday 9:30 am - 4 pm
- Friday 1 pm - 7 pm
