What You'll Do
As one of the first people our members and guests interact with, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Scheduling appointments and managing daily clinic operations.
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with questions.
- Educating guests on the benefits of Massage Envy memberships and wellness services.
- Recommending products and services that support clients' wellness goals.
- Achieving personal and team sales goals through genuine conversations—not high-pressure sales.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Supporting teammates to create an outstanding client experience every day.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys learning new skills and growing professionally
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is dependable, motivated, and enjoys being part of a team
- Has retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, healthcare, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
