Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide support in managing phone systems, ensuring calls are directed appropriately.
- Uphold the standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times.
- Meet monthly goals of membership sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and hospitality services.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
