Now hiring: Full-Time Front Desk Sales Associate in Tallahassee, FL. Massage Envy Kerry Forest, at 2887 Kerry Forest Parkway in northeast Tallahassee, is hiring a full-time front desk associate (30+ hours per week). You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and help members get the most from their wellness plans. We need someone with weekday morning and/or weekend availability. Earn $15 per hour base pay plus commissions on memberships and service enhancements (expected total pay of $15–$18 per hour), with medical, dental and vision plans and a matching 401(k).

Qualified Candidates:
- Available weekday mornings and/or weekends (required)
- Have previous retail, front desk or sales experience (preferred)
- Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services and enhancements, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
