At Massage Envy Herndon/Reston, we’re passionate about helping people feel and live better. As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—delivering high-quality therapeutic services that help clients do more of what they love.
What your role includes:
- Delivering exceptional, therapeutic bodywork tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
- Bringing your unique style to the treatment room while growing into an in-house specialist in your chosen modality.
- Upholding client confidentiality and safety by maintaining a secure, professional treatment environment.
- Living our core values—optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy—in every client interaction.
- Contributing to a strong team culture by collaborating, setting goals, and supporting your fellow therapists.
We succeed together. That’s why we’re looking for passionate professionals who bring energy, experience, and a desire to grow. Ideal candidates are:
- Licensed massage therapists with a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy education, a certificate of completion, and the ability to pass a background check and meet Virginia state licensing requirements.
- Lifelong learners who are excited to continue education and expand their knowledge and skill set.
- Excellent communicators who understand client needs, set clear expectations, and maintain connection throughout each session.
- Advocates for total body care who can confidently recommend follow-up services and self-care routines.
- Reliable team players who show up on time and are ready to step in and support whenever needed.
