A TEAM THAT STAYS — SO YOU CAN TOO
Our leadership team has been with the Massage Envy brand for years — because it
works.
More importantly, many of our Massage Therapists have been here for years as well.
They’ve chosen to stay because they have:
• Consistent bookings
• Protected income
• Clear systems and expectations
• Ongoing education
• Real benefits
• A place to grow long-term
You deserve leadership that understands this industry — and a team environment
where therapists actually want to stay.
We’re not a revolving-door clinic.
We’re building careers here — and we’re looking for therapists who want to build one
too.
