You take care of people. Massage Envy takes care of you.
Massage Envy owns and operates four clinics in Redmond, Mill Creek, Federal Way and Tacoma. We're hiring licensed massage therapists at our Tacoma clinic, part-time to full-time.
Pay
- Base commission: $30 to $40 per hands-on service hour, based on skills, experience, schedule availability and culture fit. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical, so there is room to grow.
- What therapists here earn: Tacoma therapists averaged $56.25 per hour including tips in 2026 ($34.12 commission plus $22.13 tips, six-month average). Individual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
- All clocked work time is paid under the greater of hands-on commission earnings or applicable minimum wage for clocked time. This is not an additional payment on top of commission for each gap between bookings.
- Your GM will explain how the compensation rule applies to your schedule and client no-shows; no separate unconditional no-show payment is promised.
Benefits
- Group medical, dental and vision for full-time employees, after 60 days and averaging 25+ service hours a week
- Paid time off: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
- 401(k) plan for all employees; no employer match
- Flexible Spending Account (averaging 15+ service hours a week)

- Employee discounts on a monthly massage, skincare or stretch session, and on products
Protected Body - UV treatment in the main HVAC system, with HEPA filtration in every treatment room
Protected Income - Commission plus tips on service hours, subject to the all-clocked-time pay rule above

Your schedule - Choose from available schedules and adjust when life changes
