Compensation — Clear and Competitive
Starting Base Pay: $30.00 per service-hour delivered
Weekend Differential: +$4.00 per service-hour (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays)
Productivity Incentive: +$2.00 per service-hour (25 or more service-hours per week)
Additional earnings: include tips and enhancement bonuses
