Before You Apply

Please make sure the following requirements work for you:

Friday, Saturday and Monday availability is required.
Shifts will end no later than 9pm
Evening and weekend shifts are part of our schedules. We are open seven days a week. It's helpful if you're also able to sometimes work mornings, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least two years of work experience.
Must be seeking long-term employment, with a commitment of at least one year.

Position Details

Hours: Approximately 25–35+ hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Scheduling: We create monthly schedules rather than maintaining fixed weekly schedules. This allows us to accommodate time-off requests while ensuring the clinic is properly staffed.
Full-time status: Employees must average at least 26 hours per week to qualify as full-time.
Training: Monthly scheduling begins after training.

We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable talking with clients, building rapport, and engaging people in friendly conversation.

Sales here is really about talking with people, learning what they need, and helping them understand the services and products that may be right for them. If you enjoy interacting with people, the rest can be learned!

This position can be a great fit for someone who enjoys skincare, massage and bodywork, customer service, or low-pressure sales. Experience in retail, hospitality, fast food, or other customer-facing roles can also be valuable, especially if you're looking for a change of pace and a place to learn and grow.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Check clients in and out of their appointments.
Schedule appointments and help clients find services that fit their needs.
Understand and explain our services to members and guests.
Assist clients with membership and account questions.
Update client payment methods.
Process new membership enrollments.
Complete daily laundry, cleaning, and general clinic upkeep.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, accounts, and service needs (not sales calls).
Assist massage therapists and other service providers with upgrades and additional client needs.
Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic environment.
