The Mission
You are the first impression and the primary consultant for our members and guests. Your success is measured by your ability to connect clients to our mission of total body care through memberships, retail solutions, and a world-class service experience.
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Drive Revenue: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation and greeting new guests to closing memberships and upselling retail products.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a Wellness Advisor, not a clerk. Build rapport through guided tours, educate guests on the benefits of consistent massage and skin care, and tailor wellness plans to their specific needs.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals established by management.
- Retention Engine: Proactively manage client relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and supported.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain an inviting, clean, and safe clinic environment while mastering our POS software to ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or high-volume customer service is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in educating clients on products, services, and pricing.
