What You'll Do
As part of our front desk team, you'll:
- Welcome clients and create a warm, positive, and personalized experience.
- Build relationships by asking questions, listening, and understanding each client's wellness goals.
- Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage, skincare, and stretch services.
- Recommend wellness memberships, services, and retail products that support clients' needs.
- Help clients schedule appointments and maintain consistent wellness routines.
- Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and other daily front desk responsibilities.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organize supplies throughout the clinic.
- Proactively connect with clients to encourage continued wellness care.
- Collaborate with your teammates to achieve individual and clinic goals.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning technology, handling transactions, and managing multiple responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time
Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available. Open seven days a week.
