About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service delivery to members and guests.
• Drive Sales and Membership Growth: Implement strategies to increase membership sales and retail product revenue, collaborating with the franchise owner to set and monitor performance goals.
• Manage Financial Transactions: Handle bank deposits, monitor financial performance, and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
• Oversee Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability without overstocking.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws and licensing requirements for massage therapists and estheticians.
• Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Develop and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professionals, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching to promote professional growth.
• Schedule Management: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all business hours, adjusting as necessary to meet operational needs.

Requirements
• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within a high-volume, service-oriented business, such as retail, spa, wellness, or hospitality.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Team Development: A track record of recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to set and achieve sales goals, develop marketing initiatives, and drive membership growth.
